Is lnstinct right for you?

You've heard it all before.  A serious, casual guild.  A mature guild made up of friends.  A community that doesn't let raiding get in the way of fun.  We have ventrilo and a tabard.  Oh, and we're rank XX.

Instead of buying into the inside perspective of someone who enjoys the guild, let me give you facts:

  • Guild Raid Structure - With an initiate rank for new recruits and non-raiding friends, we keep ourselves open to the community. With a Core Raider rank restricted to the slots available in a 25-man raid, we make sure that our active raiders are given priority at invitation time.

  • Community Loot Structure - We don't do DKP. Non-tier, armor pieces are determined by those who can best optimally piece whereas all pieces in contention (tier and non-armor pieces) are distributed by a Guild Loot Council that has a rotating panel selected from the raiding core.

  • Three Days a Week - Raids are important, but they're not everything. Calendar events that affect your attendance are restricted to Tues-Thurs evenings. Optional raids take place on Friday and Saturday for those who have additional time they wish to invest. We are not a 2am raiding guild that will punish those who have to leave early.

If you're looking for a guild that takes the game seriously, but doesn't take itself too seriously, you may find lnstinct to be the right home for you.
